James thought that he could make millions of dollars selling rubber chickens. He thought that everyone in the world needed at least 1 rubber chicken.

James needed money to buy a lot of rubber chickens. He was poor and had no money. James went to his rich Uncle Warren’s house and told him his great idea. James borrowed $345,000 from his uncle Warren Buffet. James told his Uncle Warren that he would pay him back in three weeks. James bought 3 million yellow rubber chickens with the $345,000 that he borrowed from his uncle Warren.

James decided the best place to sell rubber chickens would be outside a restaurant that sells fried chicken. On Monday, James went to the restaurant. He felt really lucky. He thought he would sell at least 1 million rubber chickens that day. He stood outside the fried chicken restaurant for 13 hours. James stood there yelling, ‘Beautiful Yellow Rubber Chickens, $5 each! Who wants a rubber chicken?’ for 13 hours. In the entire day, 13 whole hours, he only sold 30 chickens. James went home but he still felt lucky and he knew he would sell more rubber chickens the next day.

On Tuesday, James woke up at 6am. He went to a large elementary school by his house. James stood at the school waiting. James stood there yelling, ‘Beautiful Yellow Rubber Chickens, $5 each! Who wants a rubber chicken?’ James attracted a lot of attention at the school. The children loved James’ chickens but there was a problem. Very few of the children had money to buy his rubber chickens. James spent the entire day selling chickens in front of the school. On Tuesday, he had a little more luck than Monday. James sold 263 chickens in front of the school on Tuesday. He was happy but he still has 2,999,724 rubber chickens left to sell.

On Wednesday, James woke up at 3am. He had done some research and he knew exactly where he could sell the chickens. James put all the rubber chickens in his van and drove to a small city in California called Chicken City. He got to chicken city at 6am. James stood on the busiest street corner in chicken city selling the rubber chickens. James stood there on the corner yelling, ‘Beautiful Yellow Rubber Chickens, $5 each! Who wants a rubber chicken?’ and something amazing happened. People started running up to him, waving money and buy not 1 but 20, 30 and even 100 rubber chickens at a time. On Wednesday, James sold all of the chickens in Chicken City , California by 2pm.

James felt like the luckiest man in the world. He was able to sell all the rubber chickens. He paid back his uncle Warren and had enough money to buy more rubber chickens. James was no longer a poor man. He was now a rich man like his uncle Warren.
